Site-based Clerk of Works
We are seeking applications from Clerks of Works with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience to fulfill a monitoring and reporting role. This Clerk of Works service shall include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:
- Arranging for any special inspections, component reviews, or tests necessary to ensure that proper and adequate standards of construction are maintained and that all works are constructed in accordance with the contract documents.
- The issue of a weekly report identifying progress against the agreed construction programme, resources engaged on site, a note of recorded defects, information required, general trends, observations, and recommendations for improvement.
An immediate start is required and will continue for the duration of the construction programme to ensure full compliance with the agreed Employer’s Requirements, DE accommodation guidelines, and statutory approvals.
Site One – Our Lady of Fatima Primary School, Tamnaherin
Requirement to attend site a minimum of two full 7.5 hour days a week over the duration of the construction programme.
Site Two – St Joseph’s High School, Crossmaglen
Requirement to attend site a minimum of two 4 hour days a week over the duration of the construction programme.
