Hamilton Architects undertook an assessment of Portaferry Market House, a B1 listed building constructed in 1752, to determine overall condition and outline appropriate, sensitive remedial measures. A Conservation Appraisal, Feasibility Study and Heritage, Design and Access Statement informed the refurbishment proposals for the project, which was supported by the HLF Townscape Heritage Initiative.
