The regeneration, refurbishment and extension of this Grade B+ five storey former college building delivered student accommodation comprising 292 ensuite bedrooms arranged in clusters with shared living rooms and kitchens, plus 121 self-contained studios. Additional new accommodation was created on the fifth floor, with sixth and seventh floors constructed over an existing west wing at the rear of the building. Student common room facilities are located in the historic Grand Central Hall.
