A sensitive refurbishment and extension of a listed building in Downpatrick Conservation Area to create a community arts centre with a multi-purpose performance space, workshops, gallery space, staff office and reception area. A new 2-storey annex yielded additional café, retail and workshop space. Good conservation practice ensured minimum intervention and substantial reuse of existing building fabric, including original timber windows.
