This Gothic-styled Victorian listed building, formerly Belmont Primary School, dates back to the 1890s. Hamilton Architects (for Kriterion Conservation Architects) refurbished the building, which had fallen into disrepair, on behalf of Old Belmont School Preservation Trust, to provide a modern facility which would be flexible in design and economically viable. It has now been acquired by the National Trust.
