Wimbledon Greyhound Stadium Masterplan
Hamilton Architects were commissioned to produce a feasibility study for a masterplan redevelopment of the existing greyhound stadium site at Plough Lane, Wimbledon and London.

Mixed-use
The development comprises of a variety of uses including:
• 4500 Person Capacity International Greyhound Racing Stadium & Track
• 7 Court Squash Club / Fitness Centre
• 400 Residential Units
• 35k sqft Supermarket
• 800 Capacity Multi-Storey Car Parks

Masterplanning
The 3 no. 7 storey residential blocks sit around the perimeter of the site with one of them having an integral 450 capacity multi storey car park.

The food retail block has 2 storeys of parking at ground and first floor level providing 350 spaces, a 2 storey food hall unit at second floor level and a 2 storey squash club / fitness centre at third floor level (equivalent to 6 storeys in total).

The greyhound stadium is 4 storeys high and has an associated track, kennel building and equipment store along with a 140 capacity trainer's car park.
