A derelict Grade B1 listed Georgian courthouse in the heart of the village in Bushmills Conservation Area was sensitively refurbished and enhanced with a complementary three-storey, 15,600sq ft extension. The Hub, which had been on the At Risk Register, now accommodates an arts & crafts design space, 15 workshop units, retail shop, café and community engagement facilities.
