Master planning
Hamilton Architects deliver a master-planning
design service for large groups of buildings
or estates, often designing suites of buildings
with a ‘campus’ feel.
CDM Co-ordinators
The Construction (design and management)
Regulations (NI) 2007 insist that a CDM Coordinator
is appointed
at the outset who will ensure that each project
is designed, built and maintained with Health
and safety in mind.

Sustainable
building design
At Hamilton Architects we provide
specialist advice on the integration of environmentally
friendly
technologies into our building designs. With
ISO 14001 accreditation and membership of the
Green Register Hamilton Architects give Economic,
Social and Environmental Sustainability the
priority it deserves in each and every project
we deliver.
We also have considerable experience
in the implementation of BREEAM assessments
which monitor a project’s sustainability
credentials.
Disability
Discrimination Act Assessors
The
Disability Discrimination Act 1995 offers those with disabilities the same
rights of
access and enjoyment of property as the rest
of society. Hamilton Architects have specialist
DDA advisers and assessors who
can carry out audits of properties with recommendations
and associated costs for remedial measures.
Building
conservation
Hamilton Architects employ specialist
conservation architects and offer historic
buildings
and conservation expertise through our
associate practice, Kriterion Conservation
Architects.
